I am sorry about this: I have a bad feeling, when I supported Chelsea, Blackpool were a bogey team, Osgood suffered a broken leg at Blackpool & despite lowly status, often turned Chelsea over, causing acute embarassement. Going to the Playoff Final at Cardiff, we were staying at Carmarthen, & came from the opposite direction of most Orient fans. The pip squeak ticket inspector shuffled past large quantities of Blackpool fans, and on inspecting our tickets, whispered from the corner of his mouth " do the business this afternoon " We failed miserably.
I shall be watching from the comfort of my own home. A few days ago was my Birthday. A Million years ago when I was 21, on my Birthday, Chelsea hammered Blackpool about 6-0. Let's hope my Birthday charm does the business tonight. 3-0 to the O's.
