I know the Cowley's and they are anything but "big mouths". Driven and ambitious yes but they are two very really nice guys doing a brilliant job, route one? not really their teams are usually able to mix it up and they get the players giving 100% in every game.
They will be managing in the Premiership within the next three of four years.

Have you ever met a PE teacher?UpminsterO wrote: ↑Sun Aug 18, 2019 12:32 pm I apologise if my friends quote " bigmouth" was offensive to your friends particularly as you say they are really nice. My friend has been a hornchurch supporter since the mid sixties and seen many managers there . He is a quite person so he may of used the wrong word to describe them. He did say the father was also a "bigmouth"so I guess he could be wrong on that too, Apparently they did well there and other places prior to Lincoln so I assume they must know what their doing, and one was a PE teacher so he won't be thick.

I went to the same school as Ian Dury the singer -at different time - so I guess the Pe teacher there at the time who was Mr Edwards was pretty decent too

Re: Lincoln City
This year they’ve recruited more players to be a more footballing side. Last year they were more of route 1 but this year they’ve adjusted it to be more on the deck football hence why they sold big rhead and got in Tyler Walker and Jorge Grant who did well in league two last year.

Three young guys from Wales came to England together, Mr Edwards became PE teacher at Gaynes School. MR Reece became Art and Maths Teacher at same school. Mr Long became Art teacher at Park secondary school in Grays, same school my other half went to. When moved into my Village 34 years ago found out he lived in same road, he painted pictures of my house and also drawing of my dog, he even introduced and recomended me to an Insurance Company, worked my way up to be Salesman of the year 4 times runner up 3 times,Became senior Salesmanager, Trainer of Trainers, Life Underwriter, all from one mans word
