So a number of people at a workplace have now been involved in a further escalation of a war of words between 2 people who won’t back down. I just hope that the outcome of all of this is not unintended consequences and feel that this escalation may be hiding behind “humour” but it seems more than that. Is this Board the right place to be hosting this exchange now, it seems to be getting out of hand?
