The Greens are a decent left wing party, with on the whole good policies.

I saw part of an interview with joint leader Jon Bartley yesterday, and he was explaining, the Green Party is a Socialist party, not just a one issue party with a whole range of policies.

My only criticism of the Greens is the name....it conjures up visions of hippy tree huggers etc.

They should change the name IMO...I'll think of a few names, and i might email them.

One thing is for sure, under plank Starmer, Labour is f*cked. What happened yesterday will get worse as the next 18 months pass by.
Who is this ‘Green Party’? Is it the elephant’s graveyard for all the loony left-wingers who still do not understand that anti-semitism beliefs are wrong?
Most 'anti semitism has come from the extreme right, over many years, and nowdays theres a debate over what actually constitutes anti semitism.
Carrying a Palestinian flag in my opinion isnt anti semitic, but there are those who say it is.
Islamophobia is just as great a wrong as anti semitism, but in the hierarchy of racism, its way behind.
It depends what context you carry or display a Palestinian flag. If you do it in front of Jewish people now with a war on it could be deemed offensive and incitement .

Like carrying a pigs carcass by a Mosque during prayer time.

Every situation can be judged on its own merits.

I don’t think that a pin badge can be considered *quite* equivalent to a pig carcass, to be honest mate

Strange that wearing a badge is kind of equated to carrying a pigs carcass

No it couldn't.

Palestine is not Hamas.

A pig is food and someone’s hog roast, pig carrier not Islamaphobic?

Polanski's a Lib Dem anyway, only jumped ship after he wasn't selected as a prospective MP.
I wasn't equating anything, the geezer lives off grid in Wales (apparently)

On the WhatsApp group we geolocated him down to within the vicinity of Hay-on-Wye. We sent out one of the mods on a reconnaissance mission, and there's currently a grainy photo circulating of a bloke in his 50s, holding up the bar in the Three Tuns pub, tragically trying to chat up the barmaids. Pretty sure that's him.

😮

Way behind? Tell that to the victims of 07.07, the Paris outrages, London Bridge, Borough Market and 9/11.

What a silly chap you are.
