I mentioned ‘accurately put’ in response to Faldo’s comment generally. If you are saying Faldo was not accurate then please take it up with him. As a person with Jewish family and friends I find these flags offensive but it seems far less concerning to the Council than if say Israeli flags were hoisted although I expect they would not last two minutes as the local community would take matters in their own hands.
Why would you be offended by a Palestinian Flag ?
I could ask why are people offended by posters of hostages held by Hamas, these are regularly torn down from ‘shrines’ around the Country.
The council are perceived to be unfairly bias by allowing them to remain.
If there were Israeli flags put up in similar quantities they would be torn down in no time.

Its biased not bias. Bias is something you have (the noun), biased is something you are (the adjective). It's like saying 'the council are so anger' instead of angry.
The way people use bias these days depresses me more than the whole Palestine/Israel situation.

Correct. I edited my post and overlooked the word. Thank you for pointing this out.

You have proof of that ?
I have seen the venomous antics up the West End over the last few weeks at anti Israel Demos. There have been many incidents of Israeli flags being burnt in the street. You can go volunteer and drape one round your neck and walk along Cranbrook Road if you feel that brave?
Have seen various videos of hostage posters being taken down, which doesnt sit well with me because its like trying to hide the truth. If the two sides cant get along over here, then what chance those in Israel and Palestine?

Why would I Want to do that when Israel is murdering thousands of innocent women & children ?

Here he goes again, imagining all the things that aren’t happening to get himself fired up.

What is the answer to Local Authorities turning a blind eye to latent hate crimes?
Driving through Ilford yesterday , the streets are adorned with numerous Palestinian flags, prominently and quite professionally hoisted high up on lampposts on the main thoroughfares. This has been reported in national newspapers and is similarly occurring in Tower Hamlets, both councils very slow to respond by taking these down.
This cannot be right and should Israeli flags be similarly displayed , I am certain public disorder will ensue. I say that this is completely wrong and they should be removed.
Maybe, just maybe this is an indication of the number and passion of people who want to register their right to having their statehood recognised, defended and prrotected?

Maybe , just maybe, it is an indication of the number of misguided people influenced by TikTok and the biased BBC. They cannot grasp the fact that Israel a democratically elected democratic state has a right to defend itself against the Hamas who initiated an attack on 7 October against them, in the process of the subsequent war, innocent lives are lost inevitably.

Would you say those funny black balls they use in lawn bowls are ‘biased’?

It is a fallacy Israel is a democracy. Over 50% of the people cannot vote, are not allowed a vote, so how can that be called a democracy.
Israel is run by total psychopaths. When Israel doesn't exist, in its present form, the world will be a much better, safer place
No, DEBot is Oiram. Joins this board for extended periods, posts endless streams of guff, and eventually gets banned for unspecific / being irritating reasons.

Waiting for DE Bot to let slip whether he used to work on the planes or has a foreign wife...
Either way, the creepy early hours posting has spooked me, I'm out.
Ahhhh bless, you afraid of the dark? You never heard of ‘Night Work?’. Are you that sensitive? People order takeaway food during the night as well. London, the City that never sleeps.

I don’t believe that THAT boarder is currently here.
Mostly because he couldn’t keep a lid on the aliases to only be vaguely annoying - they were sinister and threatening (in a way that makes it laughable when, say, PJ is accused of being “obsessed”)
But also because, in all the talk about “people having issues off the board”, he was obviously not experiencing great mental health during some of his boarding, and maybe he’s in a better place now. At the very least, he’s not doing the weird DM’s etc

Agree, don't believe he's currently doing the rounds as, despite the annoyances of these particular Boarders, so far it hasn't morphed into any off-Board antics.

Are you saying you deliver for Just Eat?
Hardly, but I do try to avoid collisions with them as they travel in their unlit contraptions.

If the PLO is criticized in any way you're immediately labelled a racist and an Islamophobe, so local authorities just turn a blind eye ... its the easy way out
