Why all the claims about driving to&from there at speed then?
It is possible to drive to or from places you do not live at.
For example I drive to / from Brisbane Road for home games, but I do not live there or I drove to & from Cambridge on New Years Day, but I do not live there either
Whether or not councils are turning a blind eye is for debate, but any council workers attempting to remove the flags in Ilford would likely be met with a hostile response and would require police protection. Redbridge council tried it once, perhaps they are reluctant to try again. (https://www.mylondon.news/news/east-lon ... e-28360334)
I've walked past the flags in Ilford and they must have been put up with a cherry picker and are fixed on with cable ties, they couldn't just be "pulled down".
If someone wants to put a Palestine flag on their own property that's up to them but to put them on council property/furniture (eg lamp posts) is possibly a criminal offence and is currently being pursued by lawyers. Let's see where that ends up. (https://news.yahoo.com/east-london-boro ... 48531.html)
Redbridge/Ilford does have a sizeable Jewish population and the presence of the flags is provocative and unsettling for Jewish people, particularly when placed in full view of synagogues (as they are in Ilford), and is just another example of the low-level antisemitism which sadly seems to be perpetrated by a small section of the public and tolerated by the authorities.

Very accurately put. The antisemitism even at this level is provocative and appalling. One can only imaging the street adorned with Israeli Star of David’s, Mayor Khan would be on his high horse making demands of the Metropolitan Police Commissioner. This matter is very worrying for numerous reasons.

Could you be specific about the roads you drove on in Ilford Yesterday, where you saw the Palestinian flags please ?
Could you also tell me how Gentiles feel about Ilford Council allowing a Menorah every Year ?

You're having to do a lot of imagining to create these examples of anti-Semitism, aren't you?
If you're doing this for wums, it's not good - it does a dis-service to those genuinely suffering from AS crimes.
I used to live in Ilford North, over 30 years ago. At that time it was one of the highest Jewish populated areas of the Uk. It seems in the ensuing years, the population has changed somewhat.
I even read somewhere Wes Sreeting is sweating a little over retaining his parliamentary seat, because he supports Israel, in an area where the majority dont support Israel
I Would love it if that slimy toad did lose his seat

Cranbrook Drive as a starter and The Drive. As regards the Menorah, very please as much as I like them promoting Eid and Diwali .

There is a Palestinian flag flying on Cranbrook Road that is visible from outside the Cranbrook United Synagogue on Beehive Lane. (Or at least there was last Friday when I walked past it.)

You mean the one that if you stood outside the entrance you can see nothing of cranbrook rd because of the car park in front of it & the shops to the left of it opposite Luigis ?

That's the one, yes.
Don't tell me you're going to draw a distinction between actually standing outside the building itself and standing on the road/pavement at the entrance to the car park?

I cannot understand what you mean, especially as I have not mentioned synagogues.
You mentioned accuracy, & it wasn't.
I mentioned ‘accurately put’ in response to Faldo’s comment generally. If you are saying Faldo was not accurate then please take it up with him. As a person with Jewish family and friends I find these flags offensive but it seems far less concerning to the Council than if say Israeli flags were hoisted although I expect they would not last two minutes as the local community would take matters in their own hands.

Well you've drawn a distinction with
English Jews being offended by Palestinian flags.
Also the offending objects you claimed are visible from the synagogues, when they aren't.
