Has the MB caused you harm?
Was just reading the Board on the way down the street and walked straight into a wheelie bin. Fortunately, no harm done (and limited embarrassment as I don't think anyone saw me do it). I know of at least 2 people who lost employment as a direct result of their Board use during the early 00s Golden Age of Boardin', but it got me thinking: has anyone been caused injury or other ills by this MB?
Re: Has the MB caused you harm?
Threatened with violence and police action by the Fortt family (Mick McQuaid got the worst of that from the mad squaddie in the family)
Had some genuinely unsettling messages from a certain person who I think no longer posts here
Indirectly - in playing for the Orientear I’ve been hospitalised on four occasions (by people who don’t read this board)
I would say that a combination of this board, football manager and the libertines meant that I didn’t give at least one relationship in the early 2000s quite the attention it deserved

Broke four fingers one year when a young lad kicked the ball when I had both hands on it. Another year I fell over the ball and hit my head on a manhole cover, done my calf twice

This post by you probably highlights your stupidity if you choose to read my posts when you claim they cause this problem for you.ContrifibulatoryFred wrote: ↑Wed Jan 10, 2024 7:26 am Reading Spen's posts gave me RBCI
(Repeat Buttock Clench Injury)
Applying common sense you would use the "foe" facility or simply scroll past my posts, without reading them.
Funnily enough another member who is currently "on holiday for a week" used to claim to have people on "foe" yet still reply to their posts, so perhaps scrolling past without reading may be the sensible approach

Is this a euphemism for doing what their lead singer used to do regularly ( and I don't mean Kate moss - although kudos to you if you did )CEB wrote: ↑Tue Jan 09, 2024 6:03 pm Threatened with violence and police action by the Fortt family (Mick McQuaid got the worst of that from the mad squaddie in the family)

I'm not sure you need to smoke anything. Injecting things is a different matter. Never felt a little pr*ck?

My phone always autocorrects the number one to 1-0 Orient Cox 3 minutes, which led to the occasional weird conversation about what time I was meeting someone etc.

Re: Has the MB caused you harm?
That name comes on on Facebook quite a lot. The boy was allegedly sucker punched the other week at a home match. Didn’t give much details, sounds like he got a smack whilst he was with his daughter, which is disgusting.CEB wrote: ↑Tue Jan 09, 2024 6:03 pm Threatened with violence and police action by the Fortt family (Mick McQuaid got the worst of that from the mad squaddie in the family)

I thought it meant a surprise punch, which the recipient would not have been expecting.

Re: Has the MB caused you harm?
I think it’s implausible that that guy could ever not be expecting a punch
