Leyton Underground station is the nearest. Its on the Central Line, and a 8 to 10 minute walk to the ground

Or get the Overground from Leyton Midland Road, 15 minute walk.

Wait til you discover Google Maps though, it's a game changer.

No Leyton then Leytonstone if coming from Liverpool Street.
Advice
Just buy Train ticket to Main line station
Then tap in & out on underground with
Card or phone like you would shopping
as that is the cheapest way

I don't think for one moment anyone is suggesting you're thick. Leyton and Leytonstone are two different stations one stop apart. Your get off is Leyton which is a 10 minute walk to our famous stadium... ;)
Have a good trip.

To clarify further, the two stations shown on the app are overground stations. If you coming along that line, then Midland Rd is the closest.

Leyton is the nearest tube station.

Try the TFL journey planner https://tfl.gov.uk/plan-a-journey/ You can actually enter Bolton rail station and Brisbane Rd.

At Euston get Victoria Line southbound and change at Oxford Circus onto Central Line eastbound.

Alight at Leyton Station and just follow the hordes of football fans making their way to the home of the capital's finest quality football.

If its running, you could also get national rail from St Pancras to Stratford International and its about 20 min walk to Orient.
