the irony in all this is that Howes is our equivalent of Burnley's Vigouroux - an experienced keeper from a considerably lower level brought in as back-up. Honestly though, I wouldn't expect LV to get so hideously exposed on his debut.

Just watched it and it was worse than actually spectating the game on Saturday
We looked out of our depth in all aspects of the game

Hopefully we can address these problems in the coming weeks

O-4 flattered Portsmouth but they were definitely the better team on the day . They deserved the win .

Except vigs is 4th choice, as opposed to 2nd.

Quote Wikipedia '''On 1 July 2022, Sargeant signed a new one-year contract to stay at Leyton Orient. Manager Richie Wellens said, "Sometimes when you’re looking for a number two keeper, chemistry is important. Sarge is a really good character, trains very well, and can be relied upon if we need him''

Well seems like he Sam could have been handy to have around now, so wonder why Os did not keep him at the club as their emergency number 2 keeper ?

Goodness me. I hope to never see that goalie in an Orient shirt ever again. Having a non-league standard keeper in our starting line up is embarrassing.

I’ve never felt the need to abuse people trying to do their job.

Using alias accounts to respond to your own posts is proper odd behaviour.

Well done, bang to rights. I’m certainly red faced. Fair play to you for finding my alias, who joined this board… checks notes… over two years before I did.
Yep. On the boardin’ whatsapp group, the boardin elite got together and I was granted access to the prestigious account, Brian Whitehouse, just in case I ever wanted to positively reinforce a dig I made at you. Damn, you’re good

You really do get over emotional on here. Have you considered converting your recent enforced rest from this board to a voluntary permanent one? This was quite a pleasant and convivial place for the few days you were banned.

Not really sure why you’re even on this board to be honest. You never talk about football or Orient. Your posts seem to exclusively be about non-football topics, long winded rants about how you’re morally and intellectually superior to strangers on a message board and strange relentless personal vendettas. All very peculiar behaviour on a message board designed for a 3rd division football club.

I particularly enjoy how you go on long personal attacks, sometimes multiple paragraphs long, when you’re attempting to demonstrate how superior you are to somebody else on this board. And yet when someone shines some light on your own peculiar behaviour you revert to nonsense.

All very telling behaviour and quite typical of a bully with an over inflated ego and estimation of their own intelligence.

Must really be grating on you that your “I’m so morally and intellectually superior than you strangers from a 3rd division football club message board” persona is being completely torn apart here.

Well done, you kept that to one paragraph, which I think may well be the very first instance of you managing to not be glaringly hypocritical today.

Dearie me, at least I’m a self aware c***.

As mentioned previously, I won’t be taking lessons on hypocrisy from you of all people.

CEB: starts a dedicated thread on a public forum to continue a personal vendetta against a moderator who said something he didn’t like, despite being fully aware that a DM function exists.

Also CEB: why are people getting involved in this personal vendetta which has nothing to do with them, that I set up an entire thread on this message board to bring attention to?

It’s weird how you fluctuate from intellectual snobbery, behaving like this message board is the Oxford Union debating society, to puerile nonsense like this. You really need to work some consistency into your persona.

What were you saying about hypocrisy?

What was the thing he said that I didn’t like again? You seem very enthusiastic about making that be the least relevant part of the “vendetta” you’ve centred yourself in

Anyway, here’s the deal - I’m now choosing to put you on “foe” as I think this has run its course.
That will mean that I don’t get to see your posts unless I choose to. You’re welcome to do the same. I won’t see your reply to this, so you even get to have the last word.
And, the great thing is, if you put me on foe, then it’ll be - for you - as if I have been banned, so absolutely no problem for either of us.
Happy new year, and thanks a lot for the engagement, I appreciate it x
