I don’t think avoiding the bottom 4 should have been our aim for the season, we’re better than that, at least with a full squad.
I see because people have a different opinion to you we are all whingers, that’s a very one sided view isn’t it
So is saying "Playing Archibald in the wrong position is a mistake" , when clearly weve had injuries & ilnesses that have caused havoc with the squad & has meant the need to find a way to avoid defeat or knick a win. Sometimes Managers cant pick their favoured style or shape they just have to manage what theyve got.

The dim and distant past of half a season ago 😂
I didn't say 'distant' past, but nevertheless it is in the past, and like I've said things change. But before you get too over excited with your tear like smilies you might want to think about what you're reading. I haven't said, for example, that RW is clueless, and I haven't said that I'm calling for his departure. I simply said that I don't go along with this big love in on here. In other words he's being overrated, in my opinion So you should get used to the fact that there are some people that don't go along with 'everything' you say about our manager.I will say though that he has a very tetchy and scratchy temperament. But that's another story.

Yer ,RW did well today and got his tactics spot on ,he's learning all the time . Well done O's.
Amazing, well done Richie, you guys jump on people’s back when we criticise if the team plays badly so it’s only fair that your criticised for crawling up there back side if they win. Remind me how much he gets paid and how much the players earn compared to a nurse, doctor or firemen. Don’t think he done that well against Portsmouth,Oxford, Lincoln, Cheltenham,Derby,Stevenage,Bolton,Fleetwood,Gillingham,Wycombe. One win and your all over him like a rash.It wasn’t even that convincing imo against a poor side. Hate to think if they win two on the trot, your have to be surgically removed from his backside. It’s a win that’s a positive but let’s wait till they put in a couple of good performances till we start wetting ourselves.
We beat Cheltenham
We were 1 up against Lincoln & a fan died, Lincoln played under a new manager & different team in the re-arranged fixture, we won promotion at Gillingham. Dan Happes stupid Red card f#cked us at Wycombe

Oxford 12500 seats as do Bolton & Derby 25,000 stadiums & more fans than us, so bigger budgets as do Pompey.

I wouldn't call it a big love in, but seeing what he has achieved in such a short space of time, including the first football league title in my many years watching us, it would be fully deserved if there was one.

His temperament is indeed very 'tetchy and scratchy', I've said that from day one. Not sure what that has to do with anything, though.

It has to do with his bad disciplinary record as a manager which has been indoctrinated into the team that has just about the worst record in the football league.

Oh no, i wouldn't want that. But let's just have less rubbish performances and see if we can score a few goals from time to time.

As a club we’ve been a walkover for as long as I can remember. I like that we have some bite and a nasty side to us now. That’s from Richie and although i don’t like his petulance some times on the touch line, you sort of can’t have one without the other.

I wouldn't totally disagree with that although the yellow card count is way over the top.

Sometimes I just don’t get why there is the need for O’s fans to wind up and insult each other on this board, sometimes it’s so negative.

I get it’s a forum, freedom of speech and the right to voice our opinions, but why is it necessary to constantly insult each other.

Look at the table, we are 13th with 1 game to go until we enter 2024, and we have a chance to finish the year in 11th with a win tonight, home to Wycombe.

If any Orient fan were offered 13th or even 11th at the start of this season on Jan 1st, I’m sure like me you would have taken it.

It doesn’t matter who we have lost to, drew with, or beaten, the fact is we are in a good league position, and have something to build on as we cement ourselves as a L1 team again.

So stop whinging, winding each other up, and bed wetting about, we didn’t win this game, we should have won this game & enjoy the fact we are a L1 team again and are holding our own, even after a tough start to life back in L1 with injuries etc…

Get behind your team, your fellow supporters, and support your team & RW, as we leave 2023 behind and start, what I hope will be a great 2024.

In RW we trust 💪🏻
