Although more expensive I think the club’s best option is to move to a new ground . Expansion of Brisbane Rd would not only be limited but also expensive. That money would be better used going towards a new stadium. The thing is though, where within the area can we go ?

The Hockey and Tennis Centre just inside the Olympic Park is a good size and I'm told underused. Maybe a swap would work! I reckon there is space to build a 20K seater stadium. Would need a tunnel or bridge over the railway track - so that people can walk from the soon to be revamped Leyton Tube Station. Also read that a further 6K homes will be built nearby (in addition to the those across the road from Brisbane Road)
