I was walking past dugout at half time on way to the loos when I saw this old geezer leaning into the Os technical area shouting at the match officials about the sending off decision and how it was plainly bias in favour of the bigger club - Derby.
Having seen the incident from my seat I fully expected Cooper to be sent off though I will at that I was mystified as to how the decision seemingly came via 4th official.
Any way - football is about opinions so I carried on my way.
About 15 mins from the end after we were 3-0 down I oooked down and saw this same bloke firing abuse to Matt Harold and then Richie Wellens. He was being surrounded by three stewards but no effort was made to remove him from being right in the faces of the Os manager and assistant. RW even had to remonstrate with him. This went in for about 2 mins by which time this bloke was being booed and jeered by the Os fans. Someone persuaded him to leave and one cheeky chap grabbed his bobble hat and threw it in the pitch. A scuffle broke out but it was all handbags.
This bloke is a total bell-end but his threatening behaviour should have been nipped in the bud immediately and he should not have had this opportunity of invading the technical area as he did.
As I left the stand on 80 mins to go home I saw RW disappear down the players tunnel. I don’t know if this has anything to do with that bozo who got in his face as I had to get home asap today.
Yes we lost the game - but this idiot marred it
