"It was two points lost"

Moncur is ill and Ethan G. has picked up an injury.

"if you give me the tools I'll produce the results"

Challenge laid down to Ling & owners to deliver in January there

Normally find his post match interviews quite insightful and refreshing. That sounded borderline delusional. Worries me a little if he thinks that it's only a question of fine margins before we start creating more chances and scoring more goals. We barely tested their keeper last night.

Appreciate the injury situation has been awful and he needs to protect the squad, but Rovers - despite being awful - had clear chances to make it 2 or 3.

This was the worst game I have attended for many a year. Neither side deserved to win. If anything both deserved to lose. If we continue like that we'll be in the relegation mix.

Love him to bits, but Ritchie losing the plot in that interview.
As has been noted, challenge has been thrown at bod regarding the ‘tools’ required to do the job.
The bod would say we are underperforming right now, 16th with a mid table budget.
Lots of mitigating circumstances this season. I’m sure Ritchie will improve our position.

I didn't see the game last night because I was at work but after reading this board it seems at odd's with what Richie was saying . However , I think we can all agree our forward line needs strengthening in January . lately If we go a goal down I'm not confident we can pull it back . Sounds like we got a little lucky last night with the OG.

Also ‘got lucky’ after Brown’s rather stupid header back to Brynn presented Marquiss with a 1 on 1 situation which he fluffed, and then from the resulting corner the crossbar was hit followed by an almighty scramble.
Deffo a point gained!

Ritchie knows the solution; he's been told.

He’s not going to dig out a team of players playing in a way they’re forced to because of injuries.

Not very often I say this but what is Wellens talking about in that interview, they had a couple of half-chances, Orient wasted set piece after set piece, Theo was 10 for effort 1 for quality
