Police in South Wales are searching for this guy. They have place his mugshot ( as above ) on their Facebook page. But they have warned people not to post abusive comments as they could find themselves being prosecuted. One wag has said they should search the Edinburgh Festival especially the Fringe Section, someone else said they should comb the area. Police are seemingly happy with these comments as they said they have given them a good laugh. But warn people not to too far. Seems like he is hair today & gone tomorrow..
