Really troubling to think about how many guys in their 50s and 60s will have been hugely aroused by that clip.

Speech probably written by an Oxbridge nerd with a Masters in Politics and zero experience of the real World. It probably looked better on paper……

Andy Burnham doesn’t have much experience in the real world either, look at him now? You must try to give people a chance in life I say.

Absolutely. If only some of the policy-making, speech writing whiz-kids had ever experienced any.

Yes but having nice hair helps to distract the audience.

The delivery by a completely talentless amateur actor in a shakespearian style probably didn't help either. You can see it's been rehearsed and why someone didn't call a halt during rehearsal is just cruel. Nice hair though.

You think she is the only politician to have rehearsed a speech?

As a nuclear power, does Israel really need this?
Just a pathetic attempt from Number 10 trying to 'act big' and as though relevant?

That loveable rascal Peter Bone is in a whole host of trouble. Should be suspended from Parliament for 6 weeks & could trigger a recall petition. He has quite a lot of Right Wing chums, so he may get off lightly. Watch this space.

It should be but the complainant victim will need to substantiate the matter by reporting it to the Police as a Crime , provide a statement, then it will be investigated. Sounds horrendous. The youngster must have been terrified if the allegations are correct.

Just watched Andrea Leadsom ( not someone I normally admire ) give a perfect intervention, when one of her fellow Tories broke down, mid-speech talking on a personally emotive issue. Her timing was perfect.
