People shouldn't have to stop doing things, or getting things they could once afford but can no longer afford, all because the club want to squeak another penny out.

Also frustrating as i saw the hotdogs in big jars under the tils...the ones you get for £1.50 for 6 from macro's.
Got to say a lidless bottle of water for £2 is pardon the pun taking the absolute p*ss

If the club can find enough mugs to pay £48 for a shirt that is made in a mud hut in the Far East for about £2,I am all for it.
You don’t have to buy anything the club sells, it is not a Tax.

Its not just the kit prices, everything in that shop is crazy pricing. £12 for a small soft football, £7 for a small water bottle! As stated surely if the prices were a little cheaper. Does the shop ever do a sale?
Don’t buy it then.
The price will soon come down.

I wish they’d do again a polo shirt with a pocket on the chest for me to put my glasses.

Again, you're right, no one HAS to buy anything.

But wouldn't it be all nice and wonderful if as many Orient fans as possible could afford a shirt, a mug, a junior kit? Especially when the mark up on things is f*cking ludicrous.

Fair play to anyone that wants to drop 50 notes on a replica shirt, as it must make a big difference to the club.

I do buy the odd training top etc, and did look at the shirts on Saturday, but they just looked a load of old tat to me, so I didn't bother personally. The white badge particularly made the whole get-up look very amateurish, and as we all have a choice, I chose not to bother.

Could be worse....you could be a Spurs fan needing to fork out 65 quid for their new shirt.

The Club doesn't fleece me.

I don't buy shirts or hot dogs. It's, like, a free country maaan.

You have to worry about people if they can't cope without a hotdog for a couple of hours

Prices will come down if enough people don't buy. Within reason, I'm comfortable with the club aiming to maximise it's capacity to be self sufficient, as long as the core business of match going remains affordable. Our last owner nearly ran us into the ground by spending beyond our means and Hearn managed to remove a huge part of what was supposed to be our sustainable future.

Very flippant from spen666. Two hours without a fix for a meat addict can seem like an eternity.
But all seriousness aside, they could take some Oxo cubes to the match. One or two to be sucked or chewed as needed.

Is the quality of our shirts the exact same as the Liverpool ones?

Watch Alabi trying to hold off a defender and then watch how easily he ripped the shirt apart on Twitter.

At least they got a disabled fan to pay 50 quid for a season ticket this year, which will adequately cover the cost of a gif that won’t get an airing this season.
