Never take at face value the word of a 50 year old man called Gary with a 70s style haircut.PKM wrote: ↑Thu Aug 17, 2023 9:24 am Ainsworth says it’s not happening

Looks like it not happening now . It appears it was just a rumour going around . Anyway , like I said we need to concentrate on strengthening our leaky defence and getting our first choice keeper back .Chief crazy horse wrote: ↑Thu Aug 17, 2023 9:23 am I think Wellens wants him back for his pace and harassing defenders rather than just to score goals. I'm OK with this.

Re: Rumour: Kelman signs
Hard to see how sitting on the bench or not even in the squad is fulfilling Ainsworth's plans for Kelman. Surely sending him out on loan, where he will get Lg 1 playing time would be more beneficial for his plans.

Sincerely hope that it isn't true. We have 5 players who are capable of playing as our no.9, albeit two of them are out for a while. We need room in the budget come January to address quality issues at full back and centre back, and need more options out wide, as more of a priority.

Re: Rumour: Kelman signs
When and if the injured players are all back fit and well, along with the recent addition of loan forward Shaq Forde and perhaps another forward to come in well, we will be standing room only for the large amount of midfielders and forwards on the books, yet wonder why the cupboard is so bare when it comes to spare defenders, especially central defenders, especially being as the unfortunate Thompson seems to be rarely available due to being injured.
Also must get keeper Brynn back soon and if he is going to be out for a long time, then need a stronger back up number 2 keeper to call upon.
It seems now that the deal is off for QPR forward Charlie Kelman to sign on a permanent deal, well just a thought, seems that RW likes him so it could instead leave it open for him to come back here on a loan deal ?

Re: Rumour: Kelman signs
He only has a year left on his contract so loaning him out not very beneficial for them.

Re: Rumour: Kelman signs
Strange as FLW reported: Gareth Ainsworth has said that Charlie Kelman is part of his plans moving forward despite recent rumours. And nothing on the QPR website. Even less on ours!

Taken out a 24 month deal on the new iPhone, not sure why he's bragging about it.

Re: Rumour: Kelman signs
He has only just signed a 1 year extention on his contract so he is not going out on loan. QPR will require a fee if they let him go . We cannot afford it

For the umpteenth time, spend whatever budget we have left on another defender .moonwalk19 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 17, 2023 4:11 pmHe has only just signed a 1 year extention on his contract so he is not going out on loan. QPR will require a fee if they let him go . We cannot afford it

Re: Rumour: Kelman signs
The club activated a 1 year extension in his contract ( he wouldn’t have signed a new one , would have left to join us )moonwalk19 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 17, 2023 4:11 pmHe has only just signed a 1 year extention on his contract so he is not going out on loan.
