Can't get to finals day, but I hope Essex are first up in the semis as Mrs NES has booked us to see Madness' "Our House" at the Queens Theatre in Hornchurch in the afternoon.

Good luck Ron. I can't see it myself. We scraped over the line twice after being in winning positions and before that we lost 4 in a row. However T20 is a lottery so they have every chance if the big names perform.

All four quarter finals won by Southern qualifiers, the Southern group is so much stronger than the North. Sky will be hoping for a Surrey vs Somerset final.

Dan Lawrence should be available and I hope his batting is on song as it seems to have been since the move to Surrey was made public. Ravi Bopara left after we won the T20 in 2019, hopefully it'll be in the stars again, that we win the T20 when losing a good player at the end of the season. We can but hope.
