Re: It appears
What will be will be guys
We will get news of ins/outs when the club has it and wants to share it.
You cant expect the club to make an announcement every day during pre-season, especially when the players only returned yesterday.
I expect the club to be more vocal as of next week with who is leaving the club, then we will get new signing announcements, drip fed to us throughout July.
I know some fans would like a new signing every day during pre-season, but if that happened we would end up with a squad of 50+ players.
Just enjoy your summer and relax, maybe if you’re stressed by the whole situation, watch Cat Steven’s Glasto set on BBC IPlayer…
Peace man

Re: It appears
So you think the club are just sitting by the phone like a lovestruck teenager, waiting for it to ring in the hope Vigs or Smyth come running back?
The club will be looking to bring in other players as we type.
This is also a two way process. It may well be that both young men do not think what we have offered is enough. Let's be honest, neither Travis, Teague, or the other rich yanks running the club will have become millionaires without ruthlessly negotiating their staff's pay down along the way.

Re: It appears
Do people not have some time off from football over the summer?
Fretting and commenting on transfers in late June seems like a tremendous waste of energy to me.
Go watch some cricket or something. Glastonbury performances from the weekend are on iPlayer, give some of them a go. Great time of year to get into the garden if you’re lucky enough to have one or possible get round to reading one of those big novels you’ve always thought about tackling.
You’ve got all of Aug to May to worry about football. Have some time off in these sunny months. Leave concerns about the business of football transfers to those who get paid to deal with it.

Where has Smyth gone?RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 26, 2023 11:08 pmWe know that Vigs and Smyth have gone . It's also a fact that Sweeney and Happe haven't re-signed yet . It's also a fact that after all this time without a decision it shows a lack of commitment to the club . Its now time to get rid of them both and move on to sign their replacements .B.whitehouse+10more wrote: ↑Mon Jun 26, 2023 8:33 pm Why is it when someone guesses at situations people rise to the bait as though it’s a statement by the club
I must have missed that. Thanks

Or enjoy the summer.Wally Banter wrote: ↑Tue Jun 27, 2023 9:59 am What is genuinely sad: being so constantly angry, anxious and angsty that you can hardly enjoy the experience of being an Orient fan. Relax and try to enjoy it FFS.
We only got promoted 2 months ago, not that you'd guess from the usual mewling entitled suspects on here.
