Recruitment plan presentation

Post by gshaw »

Just seen this posted on FB, very nicely presented and confirms what many suspect we need from our summer recruitment. Will be fun to see how close the recommendations end up

Assume this is some random and not an official thing that’s accidentally been found?

I found it left on a table in Starbucks. It had “M.Ling” written in felt top on the front. Photocopied it and posted online.

Yep, but we’re ok for a 5 a side tournament.

If that is just some random and not made for the club it is insanely detailed.

When you look at the squad pic with all the yellows and reds it shows just how much of a rebuild it will be if none of the players sign new contracts. Having 0 contracted keepers is something I've not seen before, busy weeks ahead on the transfer front.

The stats at the start are interesting if true. We effectively out performed every stat, which shows that we were probably a bit lucky with the players we had…

Just checking, when we have bad players, we have a bad transfer committee, when we have good players we are lucky ?

Based on that Twitter it's a young lad focusing his energy on a topic he's passionate about and learning skills along the way that might form his career. Good on him I say.

Not sure what you are talking about or referencing?

I’m just noting that on that presentation we well out did almost all of the expected results, even final position. I don’t know what data’s that’s based on but as an observation it’s interesting. No doubt having a great manager plays a huge part and squeezes the best out of all of the players.

Love the idea that Lingy can use Powerpoint.
