Think it works for them. Some sign new contacts and if they go they have a system of replacing them.
Tbh it’s all a bit of a smokescreen to be ‘transfer listed’. If a team wants any player, at our level, you’re always going to listen to offers
Despite their policy they fit the definition of a yoyo club perfectly.
Nothing against them my nephews support them.

Son a Posh fan and it’s par for the course with them. Seem to have had a plethora of goalscorers over the past few years, more than comparable teams, and the policy of let go/ sell on is probably attractive for signing players, as they know they won’t be held onto if they have a chance for career progression. As someone posted above, it works for them.
