The boy/girl gets to decide not you or your far right fellow travellers.

The idea is this:
“We can’t actually know what sex people are, and it’s rude to even guess. Therefore, sex is a social construct, not a reality. So if someone tells you they’re a girl, then there’s no reasonable grounds on which to say they aren’t”
The implications of it are far reaching - eg, the current controversy about the EHRC is because the proposal to clarify that the protected characteristic “sex” refers to actual sex, rather than gender identity, would enshrine your (correct) assertion that people can’t choose their sex in law.

“Inclusion” has been reframed as an always positive term, when exclusion is sometimes completely legitimate, and a desirable fact.
In this instance, it’s a demand that the more powerful/strong/fast group (males) be included in the female category.
While in fact, including gender non conforming males in the male category, is actually an act of inclusion that asks something of *males*, ie, that we include non masculine men as being like us
