I agree . We have to stay fully focused and give the Braintree game everything we've got .

A draw was fortunately all we needed today with Salford losing at home, we are almost there . Just a point needed against Braintree, obviously hope we win for it to be a great last home game of the season to remember.
I will unfortunately miss it and will be basking in the sun in Turkey but will either watch it on BT sport or listen on BBC sport.
Hopefully it will celebrations in the sun for me, for all those that are going I hope it is a great match and it will be League 2 next season.

Why should Fylde win the cup? Promoted fair enough, but this will be Orient’s only FA Trophy final so they better win it. Waited since 1978 for a Wembley final.

There is always a doubt. No party till we actually do it.Anything can happen. We found that out at Bromley. No pressure on Braintree and I guess they will have something to prove in front of the cameras. :|

Correct me if I'm wrong (please) but, Braintree can actually avoid relegation if they beat us, can't they :?:
If so, they will be under some pressure and will have a huge incentive to win.

Hi, Howlin,

I'd appreciate your help, please.
The table shows Braintree have 40 points. Therefore if they beat us they'll have 43. The table shows that that would take them above the drop zone. What am I missing here?

Yeah, it's not over until it's over . We must treat Braintree with the upmost respect . Must stay professional and finish the job on Saturday. I'm sure JE will drill that into the players during the week.

Nope. I hope Fylde go up (at the expense, in particular, of Salford & Solihull), but I want Orient to do the league & Trophy double.

Yep, Braintree are on a roll. I'm sure they'd love to stick to the champions elect. While the maths are well in our favour, the opposition are, as someone said earlier, young, fit & hungry.

That said, I'm fully hoping to get as pissed as a newt in celebration come 4.50 on Saturday 🍺🍾🍺🍾🍺🍾🍺🍾

I knew I was right as when it was on Sky Sports I was recording the screen on my phone of the league positions and it showed the bottom 4 in red without enough winnable points to get out of it.

Same here. I don't think Bromley had any intention of helping us! Fylde had a vested interest today, & it sounds like they held on despite massive Salford pressure.

It'd be great to be playing Fylde again in L2 next season 👍

Cheers, chaps,

I was thinking that only three teams went down.
Many thanks for your help and patience.
I do agree that Braintree will want to go out with a bang, regardless.
