Poll: Bring Back Off?

Post by Max Fowler »

I accept this Board needs Admins to keep the place in order and dish out temporary suspensions for bad behaviour. However, I'm not comfortable that they can permaban someone on a whim, especially without any evidence of wrong doing.

TBF it has never stopped them before. Their rules and the Club pays them well to enforce them.

Let him back, delete posts that are beyond the pale.

Let OFF on the board, you know what you’re going to get. Fact is that whether he calls it a cess-pit or not, this is the forum he rejoined, cos he enjoys the fighting

I thought in this country, once a sentence had been served you were allowed back into society.

If someone has made multiple threats to share personal information about people (against their will) why would you take the risk of letting them back on here to share that information?

Especially when such an action could have serious real world consequences for people.

It would be an incredibly reckless and dangerous decision by those who run the board to let him back on, and they would be partially responsible for any negative real world consequences that may occur due to him sharing personal information of others online.

The way I see it - the only personal info he has, is the info that people here have allowed to be put out there. If he uses that info inappropriately, ban him.
If there’s something behind the scenes that’s serious, then they don’t need to listen to anyone here to carry on.

People deserve privacy, they shouldnt expect to have their details published because they've got on the wrong side of someone on the Internet. And what is the intent behind publishing peoples personal information without their consent? Its intimidation. Believe a referee's phone number was published in Panda once.

We all know, really, that Trumpy is only poo-stirring again with this poll. He veers from one side of any argument to the other with such ease he ought to be a Tory politician. Best to ignore him, like the naughty boy he is, although it's difficult to keep up, he has so many accounts.

He got at least six he told me about at the family party we had last week but that is probably the tip of the iceberg. He's very deceitful at that's coming from mum.
