Same. Saw them on their tours for IISFFGWG, Peace & Love, Hells Ditch (by which time Shane was unable to stand) and the reunion gigs from 2004 to 2012. Got to know Philip Chevron quite well too (RIP).

Saw them a few times, mad gigs, even when they supported the Clash. Saw MacGowan in The Nips, also supporting The Clash

My first girlfriend, Deborah. Her parents were Catholics from the Six Counties. Imagine the pleasure I gave to them, when it was announced that her first boyfriend was a Proddy. Actually they were extremely nice to me. Took me one a caravan holiday with them, and said " I hope you don't mind sharing a bedroom with Deborah?" Unlike The Proddies she didn't believe in " No Surrender ". Her Mother's : " Jesus, Mary & Joseph" was the first time I ever heard such an expression. & I am still in touch with the Wee Lady.

Aisling Bea is so far ahead of everyone else in the celebrity crush stakes it's ridiculous.
