Re: Giant scoreboards
I live in Borehamwood, and even non league , Borehamwood FC , have an electric scoreboard.
We have those ridiculous flashing boards around the perimeter of the pitch which look exactly like what they are 2nd hand , and not very good quality.
I don't know of any other London based club that doesn't have an electric scoreboard.
I'm sure someone will put me right on that point.
And as someone else wrote, the Club can advertise on it and give information to the watching crowd and if the scoreboard had a clock it might raise the supporters to get behind the team, more, as time was running out.

Re: Giant scoreboards
Although it was pointed out by someone that the players could see how long they would have left/ have played.
Still, they should all play to the whistle.

Re: Giant scoreboards
They had lightshows and flame thingys at the Brighton Palace game last night, didn't see the point to be honest.
Also a couple of the Palace fans with sensory needs had a terrible time during it. They were sitting in a disabled area and one of the carers was not happy as no warning was given.
