We are completely unable to deal with teams that play start stop football with high balls into areas.

Whenever we win the ball we are better than them, but they are winning a lot of 50-50s.

And people on this board would be handing him a contract extension to play on L1 if it were up to them

Walsall header inches over. Got to stem the number of crosses coming in.

Moncs nearly scores from a Gazza-esque run. Had to get it on target!

El Mizouni shot saved. Whenever we establish possession in their half, our movement and passing look really slick.

Very poor half from us defensively. We could be three down. The goal was really terrible from our part. The guy was totally unmarked 3 yards out!!!!!!!!
Walsall are more direct than us, and playing at a quicker tempo.

We need to improve an awful lot in the next 90 mins

something else ive noticed is how far apart from each other Becks and Turns are playing

We need to replace Clay with Pratley. His physical presence could be crucial after the break.

I need a beer. It normally helps.

We need to come out strong and push for the equaliser in first 5-10 mins, then if we can dominate CM our possession football will create pressure and we will hopefully get a 2nd and go on to win the game.
Prat’s is needed in 2nd half.
1-1 - Moncur 50mins
1-2 - Kelman - 75mins

Stats show we had 68% possession - at least we are having a few shots on goal - hoping for better in the second half after Richie has a word

Can never see us coming back when we go a goal behind. Here's hoping I'm wrong.

Our strikers don't score . I'd settle for a Moncur double .
