So much quality, his first touch is pure silk. But the last couple of months looked like hes playing on the beach with his kids.

He’s not as fit as he should be and he looks low on confidence. Substituting after fifty minutes is not going to help. To be fair, barring Prats and Theo any of the others could have been subbed and had no complaints.

Looks to me the type of guy who needs an arm around him. Maybe some one on one attention to get him back to his best. When he’s good he’s more than worth a place in our midfield.

The games are just passing him by. Richie had no choice but to sub him after 50 minutes. Even when it meant sticking Pratley in as the 10. FFS.

A luxury that cost a lot and appears to be wasted money.
Hopefully he was only given a 1 year contract.
Whoops

All the criticism he's been getting did the trick. He looked like he was interested today, and consequently had a good game. Made things happen, and that's what I expect every game from him.

Very pleased for George Moncur today, he looked so much better and a great goal to cap a much improved performance.
I’d like to see him and others shoot more often, as he did today.

Happy for him and please he got a goal. It's the best he played for a while but he's definitely been better, weird how a goal clouds people's judgement.

I was very pleased with George yesterday . I think he had his best game in an Orient shirt . It seems like he’s now over his illness and I believe George will now only get better . Made things happen yesterday and with El-Miz beside him who was excellent , we looked a lot more like our old selves.🙏 thankfully.

What are you talking about? I saw my first Orient game in 74 . We beat Huddersfield at home 3-1 . Jeezus , I’ve just thought that’s nearly 50 years ago . Where has the time gone.?

Slightly surprised that Monks mentions in his interview that he was pleased that 8 out of the eleven players were Christians .
