Nicely put Jake. The formation and tactics have to be looked at as current displays, for what ever reason, have gone downhill from earlier performances. We have to adapt.

I recall at Stockport he changed to a back 3 when we were struggling and it changed the game and we ended up winning - Not sure if he will play that formation from the start although I think it is well worth the try
