Going to struggle if Smyth is out for a while. We’ve picked up points when not playing well from Smyth’s ‘worldies’ .
We’ve struggled to create much recently.
Need the likes of Moncur, Drinan, Theo, Ruel to step up to the plate.

To put things into perspective, after 23 games, our great 1955/56 team would have been 8 points behind us on 45 points, so we're doing exceptionally well.

I think you're are forgetting about that back then it was only 2 points for a win whereas today its 3 points.

I gave the 55/56 team 3 points for a win when I figured it out

Fair enough, but you can't make a comparison with a team, or indeed football in general, from nearly 70 years ago.

Fact of the matter is we haven't been playing like a top of the table side for a while now. There's a problem with scoring and creating chances, let's face it. When we get forward the expectation of scoring is not there like it was. I think even RW is still unsure as to what our best attacking formation is with the players he has at his disposal. A bit of a worry this.

Surely this is a wind up? No one can be this stupid surely? 6 games unbeaten with 4 wins and 4 successive clean sheets?

That's right, I'm moaning about our current form, and 'performances'. Nothing to write home about for about the last five or six games. Below average for a top of the table side. The saving grace at the moment is our solid defence.
