Theres parking at the ground (their own car park) which i think holds around 300. Absolutely no idea how busy its going to be on saturday.
Theres residential streets in the area which will probably be alright to park in (i live about 5 miles away and our restrictions end at midday)

See the train station is only a mile from the ground. Dartford from Waterloo East. Nice and easy as I go to Waterloo for home games.
The train option is great, saves the M25 drive and parking too. Worth the mile walk to the ground for the convenience. Sorted.
Thanks

its a decent little ground. Only time i've been was the first friendly after the Wembley playoff defeat. Game finished ten mins before the end because of an almighty thunderstorm above.

Fair comment. I will be pizzed if what will be an 9 hour round trip to watch Orient play a friendly turns out watching the kids. No offence to the youngsters but I want to see our new strike force in action.Prestige Worldwide wrote: βThu Jul 18, 2019 5:39 pmGuaranteed, we dont have the squad to put out a bad side.

And where are you driving from to make a 9 hour trip? You can do Newcastle in 3 hours.Apple Wumble wrote: βThu Jul 18, 2019 8:23 pmWhy would you do that?dOh Nut wrote: βThu Jul 18, 2019 5:49 pmFair comment. The old jokes still work.Real Al wrote: βFri Jul 19, 2019 9:31 amAnd where are you driving from to make a 9 hour trip? You can do Newcastle in 3 hours.
Decided on train so factor in waiting, travelling, walking from the station and train times. Actual train travel is 5 hours. Game 90 minutes. Walking to and from station 40 minutes. 9 hours for a friendly and canβt wait.

If I went on holiday for a week, it wouldn't be a week round trip, would it?dOh Nut wrote: βFri Jul 19, 2019 9:55 amThe old jokes still work.

Hey Dohey (and anyone else going), might I recommend the Dartford Jug micropub for a large selection of ales.
My sources tell me that Central Park is very pleasant, so a route through it to the ground may prove a relief after the rest of Dartford.

Excluded other stuff, posting my itinerary is clearly boring. As are most of my posts according to some.Real Al wrote: βFri Jul 19, 2019 10:39 amFair enough. But your maths is shocking.

Found it. Enroute between the station and the ground. Good stop off point
