‘I was diagnosed with PTSD over Brexit,’ Lib Dem councillor says

Antonia Harrison, a mental health therapist who stood against Penny Mordaunt in the 2019 general election, was speaking at a fringe event at the party’s conference. She said: “I actually have in my medical history, a diagnosis of PTSD over Brexit.” ‘I have not been in Sudan fighting in a war, but Brexit has had a profound impact on me,’ Antonia Harrison told The Independent

She said “something died in me… I just gave up” after Britain left the European Union.

"Diagnosis" is being stretched to it's absolute limit there. Silly lady.

Ms Harrison told The Independent: “We have a property in Marbella, I planned to retire there, I can’t. We still have the property, but we cannot get health coverage because of pre-existing conditions.”

I hope her PTSD isn’t one of the pre-existing conditions stopping her from retiring to the gangsters paradise of Marbella.

I dunno, but I'm genuinely intrigued as to how 21% of Reform UK voters want communism.

The whole Brexit debacle still rankles - of course, few politicians mention it these days.
