Mrs OMB and I will be there. Don’t have tickets for the service itself but outside is good enough for me.
Proud to wear my Orient tie and my Champions scarf.

FYI: Duke Street closed to traffic from 09:00-14:00 from the station down to the pedestrianised section.

RIP Justin Edinburgh.

Yes my two boys and I will be there, we're all taking time off work. like you we don't have tickets for the service, wear an Orient shirt I expect, seems the most fitting thing to wear in the circumstances

Just back from Chelmsford Cathedral and what was a beautifully staged memorial service to Justin. Guests included Glenn Hoddle, Teddy Sheingham, Paul Allen (who spoke on behalf of Spurs) Shaun Derry (spoke on behalf of Justins Friends in football) also saw Ian Hendon, Gary Hill, John Still, Chris Powell Darren Moore and Graham Alexander amongst others.

Originally didn't get a place in the ballot but they let in about 50 fans just before the start. Charlie Edinburghs and Justin's brother Jason gave lovely speeches as did an emotional Martin Ling and Jobi McAnuff.

All in all a great tribute to a great man topped of by a fantastic contribution from the London gospel community singers.

Well, unexpectedly there were additional seats and many of those outside were admitted. Very moving service. Friends and family all spoke well, of course. Jobi summed up the team’s feelings very well.
Rev Alan Comfort said of Martin Ling “I’ve never heard him talk for so long without swearing”!😊

I’ve stood in the pouring rain at Brissie, been chilled by a northerly at Cambridge, cheered and cried at Stamford Bridge and Wembley but today I was just plain proud.

For Justin: “C’mon you Os!”

Like yourself my sons and I were let in, service very moving, even at my age I struggle to keep emotions in check, Jobi marvelous speaker seemed to sum up most peoples thoughts along with The Rev Alan Comfort. Those Gospel singers certainly know how to belt out some numbers. At last we can lay everything to rest God Bless you Justin, you gave us hope, wish you could be with us.
