Yes, 27 isn't many but on the other hand we've had a really good look at him on trial. I'd be asking questions if after all that he turns out to be a dud.

I'd go with another Centre back , central midfielder and striker . If it's felt Sonny Fish is ready for first team action then forget signing another striker , we'll give Sonny his chance .

We do however absolutely need a CDM - we cannot start the season with Brown or Coleman in the starting eleven and one of them has to as things stand.

Not so sure where you get the desperate need for a CDM from? We will most likely only play one and thats Pratley, not Colebrown, and he'll probably have Clay next to him with the two lads mentioned as back ups. Regardless, Pratley is our CDM and we have sufficient cover there. Definitely not a position where we are in desperate need.

Georgiou is only 25 (date of birth 24 February 1997) not 27 as quoted on here. Seems to be very much a wide player (either full back or midfield) so wondering where this leaves Sweeney. Perhaps the idea is for him to go out on loan too like Young.

He's been here on trial for ever and still only been offered a 1 year contract - I don't expect him to feature much, and don't expect him to be here next season when we reach the promised land of Division 3.

I guess that was when we couldn’t dream of an offensive midfielder like Moncur and when we had Hector at CDM.

Of course I don’t know but my guess is Prats will play there with one of the others next to him.
