Would take John Marquis back, proven league 1 striker now. Aaron Pierre of Shrewsbury is a very solid CB too. both are proven League 1 players tho

Now Ruel has signed, I dont think RW will be in for any more forwards, apart from maybe a young loanee from a premier league club

Notice Oldham have released Cisse, although not suggesting we resign him. Also they've released the captain Pieregianni. Seem to remember his name coming up all the time at Salford.

Always thought Tom Carroll was one of the better players we had from Spurs.
Don't know what he is like now and probably had a few injuries, but might need somewhere to train to have a look at

Pieregianni just signed for Stevenage.

I always thought he looked decent for Salford but seems he’s relegation level in league Two from his past couple of clubs.

An upgrade to Cuthbert I think. That said when at their prime, Cuthbert wins by a mile.

One wonders why they would get rid of such a player?

Why would he want to stay? He was probably like ‘see ya’

They probably can’t afford to keep him, all the big earners would have either had a relegation release clause in their contract or been released at the end of their contracts.
