a ) forgot they have to pay for the goods thay have collected & then start searching for whatever payment method they use at the checkout.

b) Start talking small talk as the assistant said hello & they feel they deserve to know there life story .

ahem- coughs & a couple of under breath f*cking get on with it comments & lots of eye rolling . THEY take offence & look at you with contempt
that you happen to shove your goods at the assistant to make quick payment & get away from a situation that could literally lead to abh, after 15 minutes of life wasted.

For real. I have listened to his interviews. Have you? He was never going to be a rocket scientist was he. 90% of football managers are the same. 99% of footballers are thick. The thread was what annoys me and the football thing, especially in the lower divisions, of “having a gaffer that gets on with the ladz” is bizarre and annoys me. What other business does that. I have never had a single boss that wanted to be my friend!
