Wrexham Dover
I gave Dover no chance at Wrexham, particularly when Wrexham were 2 nil up after 20 minutes. Dover then score 5 to go 5-2 up. Unfortunately no fairy tale, Wrexham win 6-5 with 2 goals in injury time.

Re: Wrexham Dover
There is a fan video of over 10 mins on YouTube where most of the action has been captured. However the last bit is outside the ground as the guy missed the winner as he had to catch a train! How anyone could have left that game early is beyond me

Re: Wrexham Dover
We have plenty leave early when the game is finely balanced, they must have missed many late winners or equalisers. Never understood it, but each to their own

I remember in the early 90’s leaving with about 5 mins to go when we were 2-0 down at home to Rushden and Diamonds (where r they now) and as I walked up Murchison Road hearing the cheers as we scored twice in the last 3 mins. I’ve never left a match early since.

I suppose it depends whether one's team is mid-table or vying for promotion or trying to avoid the dreaded drop....Give it to Jabo wrote: ↑Tue Mar 29, 2022 10:37 am Would you rather scrape a 1-0 with a penalty, or draw 5-5?
