As per other interviews he talks a lot of sense, all seems very promising and bringing unity back to the club

I really like listening to Richie. I think his man management skills are going to be what we need.
I truly hope, he is allowed to bring in the players HE wants, in the summer, and this transfer committee is dumped as a bad idea

RW is only going to work if we can bring in the players that can play his system. Able to press, able to pass it on the ground, able to control and keep hold of it in tight spaces.

The transfer window should enlighten the fans on the true nature of the 'committee'
