Buying tickets online
Is it just me, or is our website a f*cking nightmare? After about five attempts on my iPhone I’ve finally got through and now when it comes to the select a stand option, nothing happens. Is it sold out?

Re: Buying tickets online
have never ever had a problem with the site, I do it on a laptop in chrome. Can't imagine its very good on a mobile browser though, but I've never understood the criticism with the website. But won't sit here and deny people's lived experience

to be able to see anything on the ticket site on a phone you have to rotate your phone to landscape.

That's the way to do it. But in their defence, it's not the only website to be lousy at this, I have trouble with the AXS and Ticketmaster websites sometimes and that's all that they do, sell tickets

Re: Buying tickets online
Our online UX is absolutely shocking, from ticketing through streaming and all points inbetween. The Club is in la-la land if it thinks it's anywhere near being able to increase its digital revenue.
