Re: Who made the decision to appoint Paul Terry?
Apologies, amended above. I am speaking to my Barista. It is looking likely but I need one of Hotzdog’s aliases guaranteed to protect my anonymity if I withdraw.Currywurst and Chips wrote: ↑Fri Mar 11, 2022 10:45 pmAre you formally withdrawing?Omygawd wrote: ↑Fri Mar 11, 2022 10:41 pmDo keep up.Currywurst and Chips wrote: ↑Fri Mar 11, 2022 10:31 pm Updated boycott list:

Re: Who made the decision to appoint Paul Terry?
Did Terry come in as a player that year when we basically had a brand new squad after all our players had left. I seem to recall him playing at the back now and then. He always looked slow and heavy and wanted too long on the ball. From memory though he didn’t often lose it. Wasn’t the best player we had but did ok for a year or so?

Re: Who made the decision to appoint Paul Terry?
Yes, that’s my recollection. Our second season in L1 when Boyd, Gray, Thornton all joined. He often played right back, didn’t he?DrWindy wrote: ↑Sat Mar 12, 2022 5:16 am Did Terry come in as a player that year when we basically had a brand new squad after all our players had left. Never rated him then.

Thank you, I will be in touch. If only George Carman was still around.Currywurst and Chips wrote: ↑Fri Mar 11, 2022 10:52 pm If yourself or anyone else wishes to witdraw:

Re: Who made the decision to appoint Paul Terry?
Would I rather that Paul Terry wasn’t at the club? Yes.
Am I going to stop supporting us as a result? No.
As a general principle, do I believe that people in society deserve a second (and sometimes subsequent) chance? Subject to the severity of what they did, yes.

Re: Who made the decision to appoint Paul Terry?
If he was playing alongside Tamika, he wouldn’t have needed to do much. Now he was a centre back for us.Ronnie Hotdogs wrote: ↑Sat Mar 12, 2022 7:54 amYes, that’s my recollection. Anybody still boycotting? Or are you willing to admit you were wrong?
