I heard yesterday from a reliable source that 3 managers had turned us down and that Wellens had declined us twice before being offered a 3rd revised package. I was told that he turned the 3rd package down. Perhaps they have revised this further.
It is just what I was told and I am passing it on.

Whether its Wellens or someone else, they have an almost impossible job, with this awful squad we have.
Four seasons back in league 2, and we have a much weaker squad, than we had in the National League

As was said in the OO podcast, we need someone to 'ruffle some feathers'. Harrold is not that man but I really admire his efforts.

Someone like a Richie Wellens or a Steve Evans is what is needed, at least until the end of the season.
