No one wants the job to late in the season no one want the chance of the sack so it looks like that we will have to stay up with harrold until next season

Re: **New manager - what’s going on?**
At the time. When KJ was appointed Nigel Travis said there was another candidate that was in the running that was also close to Kj in the selection. Is this man still available or is he no longer interested. Carlisle Walsall and Bradford all replaced their managers within days. Are we going through the process of Ling having coffee mornings with prospective candidates. After Saturday we desperately require somebody even if it’s only till the end of the season. Before sacking KJ the board should have had somebody lined up to take his place within days.4 points out of 39 is a disgrace. We looked like a relegation team on Saturday and with 2 away ga mes on the horizon we have got to get somebody in the next few days

Slade came in with 6 games to go.
If you are a manager out of work, you'll take the job if it's offered to you.

It was Stephen Robinson . He left Morecambe a fortnight ago and joined up with St Mirren the following day.moonwalk19 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 07, 2022 7:50 am At the time. No midweek game would have meant a whole week for the new manager to work with the players.
Instead, Harold and Saah, backed up by Ling.

This is a must in my opinion. Any other appointment has all the hallmarks of a Fletcher f***-up. Otherwise leave Harrold in charge. It’s not time to get a new broom in. The squad/players are so poor/fragile at the moment. We cannot risk looking beyond this season until we are safe.

Justin Edinburgh turned it around in the second game. Lost the first game away 1-0, second at home won 4-1.Orient Punxx wrote: ↑Mon Mar 07, 2022 9:50 amThis is a must in my opinion. Re: **New manager - what’s going on?**
Harold is not in charge of games, Ling is.
Did anyone notice on Saturday that Harold had an ear piece in and a few times he turned round & looked up at the gantry where Ling was sitting.
If Ling is making the decisions and picking the team he might aswell sit in the dugout.
But he won't do that as he's not brave enough to take the flack when when his decisions don't work.
Shame really as then the board would have to sack him.
That's one way of getting rid of him.

Our club is a joke, appoint a proper Manager before it’s too late.North Stand Dave wrote: ↑Mon Mar 07, 2022 10:56 am Harold is not in charge of games, Ling is.

Look people I don’t think that we will appoint a manager any time soon and I have heard that we might wait until the end of the season before getting someone in

Re: **New manager - what’s going on?**
If the board don’t get a proper and proven Manager in before Saturday, maybe it will hasten their decision if supporters boycott home games. The way we have been playing supporters wouldn’t miss much and it would hit the club in the pocket and give notice that renewing season tickets would be in jeopardy.
