Re: Neil Lennon
Lennon 4/6 with Bet Victor right now.
But then again both Ferguson and Woodgate have been odds on previously too.

Re: Neil Lennon
I did hear that Woodgate wasn't even the frame. Heard at the same time Lennon was interviewed on Monday but that's all.OyinbO wrote: ↑Wed Mar 02, 2022 10:29 pm The Board obviously feel very embarrassed with what’s happened this season and intend to double down with an even bigger “statement” appointment.
If they can fling enough money at someone that one of them bites, it has all the makings for an even more farcical relegation than last time
(PS Woodgate was a non-starter)

Re: Neil Lennon
I really hope Lennon isnt the new manager. His win record in England, with Bolton is 23%
He appears to be a not very nice character, being involved in various unsavoury incidents
Not for me, I'm afraid

Aside from his first spell at Celtic he’s not done particularly well and controversy seems to follow him around.

Apparently a lot of broken promises at Bolton. Not sure if it affected him.Qin wrote: ↑Thu Mar 03, 2022 10:02 am I really hope Lennon isnt the new manager. His win record in England, with Bolton is 23%

Re: Neil Lennon
Please not Neil Lennon. He's not very good at his job. Won titles with Celtic when there was no real competition. The minute Rangers started to get their act together his lack of managerial talent was exposed. We have to do better than that.

Re: Neil Lennon
Am surprised if he really is a serious candidate, from what I know of him he doesn't feel like a good fit for the club.

Re: Neil Lennon
Interesting end of article- that when things went wrong at Celtic, it was not his fault, it was covid (did other clubs not have a lockdown owing to covid?), players lack of discipline ( Isn't this part of his job as a manager - ie to keep players disciplined?), lack of money etc.Bergen wrote: ↑Thu Mar 03, 2022 12:47 pm HE WON'T

Seems to be a bit like Steve Bruce and one of life's unfortunate victims, unless things go well, when its all down to his genius

So simply, he got interviewed and has wasted our time when we are in serious trouble. Screw him.Bergen wrote: ↑Thu Mar 03, 2022 12:47 pm HE WON'T

An interview is a 2 way thing. Its for both parties to find more out about the other and whether they want to work together. Lennon has no more wasted Orient's time, than Orient have wasted the time of anyone they spoke to but chose not to employ
