Did Ling pick the Team?
As soon as the team was announced, it was obvious it was a 4-3-3 formation, I had a suspicion Ling was involved.
This is Ling's favourite formation, and the formation that was used throughout Ross and Jobis tenure.
When there is a rookie manager involved, Ling feels his 'advice' is needed, and so I'm just asking the question.
I have no proof whatsoever, but just a suspicion.
Anyone else feel the same?

If we'd won, no way would you have come out with this.

Bizarre team selection really but you can easily put that down to a bloke who’s only been a coach for 5 minutes nevermind a manager.

Re: Did Ling pick the Team?
Kyprianou playing is straight out of the "use the academy" playbook, how he gets anywhere near the squad let alone starting XI has been one of the mysteries of the season.

Re: Did Ling pick the Team?
It doesn't matter. Anyway no matter what formation we play our players are not good enough. One goal since Christmas speaks for itself . I'll already predict Tuesday night. It will be 3-0 to Colchester .ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Sun Feb 27, 2022 10:45 am As soon as the team was announced, it was obvious it was a 4-3-3 formation, I had a suspicion Ling was involved.

I would say prove it. But seeing as we lost again, that’s not possible!Long slender neck wrote: ↑Sun Feb 27, 2022 10:55 amHaters gonna hate.ComeOnYouOs wrote: ↑Sun Feb 27, 2022 10:45 am As soon as the team was announced, it was obvious it was a 4-3-3 formation, I had a suspicion Ling was involved.

Re: Did Ling pick the Team?
This is a scapegoat statement. Kyprianou did more than ok when we were doing well. We have certainly got more points per game with him than without him.

Still a weak link in the side even when others were covering him. Just seeing the lack of quality when what's come in to replace injured Clay is of an even lower standard.LittleMate wrote: ↑Wed Mar 09, 2022 8:28 amThis is a scapegoat statement.
