Our midfield wasn't exactly great when we were on our good run. It goes deeper than that.
If Harrold is in charge on Tuesday think it's a gimme for Colchester.

It wasn't great but now it's absolutely horrific. Clay looks like Roy Keane compared to Colebrown and KyprianouSmendrick Feaselberg wrote: ↑Sat Feb 26, 2022 5:01 pm Our midfield wasn't exactly great when we were on our good run. It goes deeper than that.

Re: Exiles thread - Carlisle (H)
Carlisle had conceded at least two goals in their past 6 games and we still couldn't score. Some of that is down to Archibald, but it's just embarrassing really.

Thankfully below us Scunthorpe lost,Stevenage lost and Colchester, Oldham and Barrow could only manage a draw.
I am dreading going to watch us play at home to Stevenage next Saturday.

Re: Exiles thread - Carlisle (H)
I totally agree. Without Craig Clay we have no central midfield. That’s why I can’t understand our transfer business. Why no League 1 or Championship players were brought in beats me.gshaw wrote: ↑Sat Feb 26, 2022 5:02 pmIt wasn't great but now it's absolutely horrific. It is . It’s bad enough losing but now we can’t even score a goalSmendrick Feaselberg wrote: ↑Sat Feb 26, 2022 5:04 pm Carlisle had conceded at least two goals in their past 6 games and we still couldn't score. Some of that is down to Archibald, but it's just embarrassing really.

I’m beginning to think it doesn’t matter who our new manager is we simply haven’t got the quality players necessary to get us out of trouble. Does anybody know when the club is hoping to have James and Clay back playing again ?

I think I heard Ling saying James might be back before end of the season. Clay I thought was a season-ending injury?RedDwarf 1881 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 26, 2022 5:57 pm I’m beginning to think it doesn’t matter who our new manager is we simply haven’t got the quality players necessary to get us out of trouble.
