The fact he’s training with us says to me he’s staying. He probably has a get fit clause in the contract and that’s the sticking point right now. Once he’s proved his fitness is good then the contract will be signed.

It also says a lot about Dayton as well in that he wants to prove his fitness before signing the contract.

I also feel that another winger will be brought in regardless as we struggled both seasons when Dayton was injured, an extra winger will ease that pressure somewhat.
