He didn’t make errors on his entry form. He, or his team, provided altered documents. They were fraudulent. Did you read the BBC report at all?

The laws state he is responsible for whatever was on his form. Irrespective of who completed it. Him passing the buck, despite his legal responsibility is in itself shameful. Throwing someone else under the bus when he knows full well it’s down to him.
