Exactly. The problem is that these people can't see further than their own nose (we know that eyesight gets worse as you age) so they rant at Ling instead of thinking things through or thinking rationally.

it isn't but if he sits on the transfer committee then he's partly responsible along with all the other committee members .

But if Nigel and Kent are on the committee then they're just looking at it from a financial point of view. We're not really saying that they're involved in assessing how a player's technical abilities are going to gel with the teams, are we?

Nothing . It just means we don't achieve anything . Personally speaking so long as we don't go back down to the National League I'm OK.
But if blaming achieves nothing then why do we not achieve anything if we don't blame people? Do you think the club are aware of who fans blame, or even care? They undertake their own process reviews on a regular basis to identify areas.and actions for improvement.
