Such an idiotic remark reminds me of Sepp Blatter when he spoke of women footballers wearing shorter shorts and tighter shirts (or something along those lines) to make women's football more appealing. These guys live in ivory towers, with sycophants hanging around them and some certain people trying to put squillions in their pockets for favours and they lose touch with reality IMO. I've seen similar when working for 15 years in the world of politicians, diplomats and high up civil servants.
