I’d be very surprised if they sign anyone until the last week of the window. They save on wages and they’ve had no income for some weeks. I suspect that Ling is trailing the A&E departments right now

I find it incredible an emergency loan (RB), even if only for 1 or 2 months, has still not been signed!
A RB should have been top priority & signed in first few days of window being open

Totally agree, unfortunately this clearly doesn’t make sense to those making the decisions.
